Raised in Denver, Colorado, he has lived in the New York City and the metro area for over thirty-five years. Rob takes inspiration from authentic New York experiences and influenced by professionals such as Charles Osgood and Peter Coyote thus taking his cues from the greats which lends his voice an authentic and grounded sound. His voice reflects a mid-American quality sound with an entrancing and intriguing delivery. His career experiences result in an enviable level of comfort and sophistication in reciting complex financial, commercial real estate, and healthcare terminology. From an understanding of both the teacher and the student’s plight, Rob delivers a practical, informed voice over, reflecting a wealth of knowledge and experience. Through his background, education, and smooth voice he delivers an empathetic voice over, which compellingly delivers any client’s message.
Married for forty years with four kids, and four grandkids, Rob lifelong passion for verbal artistry has never faltered. First recognized for his skill in vocal interpretation and improvisation during college theatre training, he has honed his vocal skills imbuing it with a wealth of life and experience. With a BA in literature, theatre training from American University, Washington DC, and further graduate course work at CUNY in finance, he is a dichotomy of ideas, business, and artistry wrapped into a single, effective vocal package. In the 1970s Rob pursued teaching, followed by a front line position at Bellevue Hospital; in the 80’s he moved on to commercial real estate in the western and New York/mid-Atlantic regions. His journey cumulated in a successful, twenty-seven year career working for or on behalf of Wall Street based financial institutions.
